It's Christmas once again! The most wonderful time of the year, when holiday cheer is felt by one and all, and the merriment of the season can be seen in the faces of young and old alike.
The eyes of children seem all-a-glow, with anticipation of the arrival of Santa, bringing them presents and goodies for them all. NO COAL PLEASE! Even the adults at this time of year, seem to turn back the hands of time, and resort back to big kids themselves, reliving those magical times during their own childhood.
This is a nine room house, with three porches, a turret, all painted in red and white, with X-mas lights hidden under the eves, to really give it that Christmas feel. The front of the Christmas House, freshly fallen snow, and miniature movable holiday scenes can be seen throughout the outside landscape.
A tiny miniature Santa busily preparing toys in his workshop for all the little girls and boys can be seen in one part of the front lawn. A tiny train circle it's tracks, little animals on teeter-totters, skaters circling a ice rink, and of course, Frosty the Snowman are also all on display. As we move into the inside of the house, it is the night before Christmas. Where the children are all nestled and snug in their beds, where visions of sugar plums dance in their heads. Their stockings are all hung by the chimney with care, with the hope of jolly old Saint Nick will soon be there.
He is!!! Santa can be seen unpacking all of the gifts, and checking his list, checking it twice, seeing who has been naughty and nice! Atop the roof, his sleigh, and 9 tiny reindeer await his return, so they can soon whisk him away to all the awaiting good little children throughout the world.
I heard him exclaim, as he drove out of sight, " Merry Christmas to all, and to all a goodnight."
