Halloween is the first thing that comes to mind whenever you think of the month of October. Ghosts and goblins, tombstones and Jack-o-lanterns, witches and black cats, and of course the Halloween pranks!
Our little trick-or-treaters are in for a big surprise, as this house is all decked-out to deliver some Halloween fright!
For the adults, there is a costume party taking place inside. Just arriving for some holiday fun, we have Mark Anthony and Cleopatra, Napoleon and Josephine, and "Old Honest Abe", just to name a few. (All partaking in a different sort of spirits!)
We move up to the third floor rooms, where a crystal ball, Tarot cards, and a Ouija board are all set in preparation for the midnight seance. (I hope the spirits will be kind tonight!)
Even creepier than the seance room, is THE ATTIC!
Really just a perfectly normal dark, dank attic room I suppose. Actually the perfect spot to store all the old, unwanted and broken toy dollies collected through the years, or those odd looking framed portraits that were in the attic when we first arrived. (I never know why...just can't seem to let myself throw those out!)
Perfectly normal are the cobwebs strung from beam to beam, where furry eight-legged hosts can be seen dining on their unsuspecting insect guests!
Perfectly normal are the crooked floorboards that creak and sway, almost as if to say, that your presence is not welcome here.
Perfectly normal is the light in this attic room, that never seems to work, no matter how many times the bulb is changed!
I'm sure it's also "perfectly normal" that, when bumps in the night sound, they always seem to come from this attic room!
Just a plain old dusty attic room really. Funny though, how nobody goes in THE ATTIC alone at night ! ! !
Happy Halloween!
